Please note, for this feature to work the following are required:

• Mobile phone is able to receive text messages and your phone provider has enabled your account to receive text messages.
• Only major US and Canadian carriers are supported at this time.
• Mobile phone is on and currently has a strong signal.
• Network congestion may cause a message delay up to 15 mins or non-delivery.
