Jupiter Farms Plaza is located at the entrance of the community offering convenient shopping for all the residents with a Publix supermarket, Gas Station, McDonalds, Child care center, hair & nail salon, dry cleaner, dentist, and several restaurants. There is also a variety of horse training, riding and boarding facilities, a feed & supply store and a tack & saddlery store. You will also find an assortment of plant nurseries, veterinarians and places of worship scattered throughout the Farms.
Centrally located in Jupiter Farms, Jupiter Farms Community Park is a county-run park and is currently in the growing process. Sitting on 51+ acres, right on Jupiter Farms Road, it will soon be the preferred location for all North County Equestrian events with two horse arenas planned, a skate park, and exercise trails. Two soccer fields and the baseball diamonds already exist and are utilized regularly by the Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association. There is also an existing playground frequented by residents of Jupiter Farms. The community is also alongside Riverbend park where you can rent a canoe or kayak and travel down a lazy river and picture yourself in past times enjoying what Florida was like 100’s of years ago. Riverbend also features miles of winding scenic trails perfect for biking, jogging, or a relaxing walk. For horse enthusiasts to enjoy a peaceful ride, Riverbend Park offers several designated horse trails.
It is common to see residents riding horses alongside the horse-friendly roads and canals winding through Jupiter Farms, too. Should horse riders choose to explore a more scenic ride, there are many areas to enter into natural trails as well. When riding, walking or exploring through Jupiter Farms, it is not uncommon to see falcons, hawks, owls, or even families of magnificent peacocks. Occasionally, residents have spotted deer, raccoons, snakes, fox or even bobcats. Often you will find a resident stopping their car to assist a turtle across the roadway.
